This is ripened yellow cheese made from sheep’s milk. Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep’s milk, yeast, natural cultures, salt and CaCl2. This is 100% natural product. No additives added. The expiration date of the product is 12 months from the date of production, at temperature from 0 to +6 C. This product needs to be transported with specialized refrigeration truck, at temperature from 0 to +6 C.
