Cheese "Yotovi" is a Bulgarian firm steamed cheese made from whole-milk, normalized cow's milk using selected starter cultures. It has pleasant Lactic acid taste and aroma. Ingredients: Cow's milk, selected starter cultures for hard cheese, calcium chloride and rennet. Rich in nutrients. It is appropriate for people of all ages. Application: Yellow Cheese “Yotovi“ could be offered as an appetizer, an ingredient of other dishes with cheese or in combination with meat products for making sandwiches and pizzas.
